A track record built on ownership

Eight years deep in shipping and logistics at Shawflex, backed by a decade of retail department management and a construction background that started even earlier.

Shawflex — the shipping story

$8M → $22.5M Monthly shipping volume growth since 2022
$4M+ June 2026 record — beat an $18.3M monthly goal
50%+ Of a month's entire shipping budget moved in the final 4–5 days, more than once

As Shipping Coordinator, I own the day-to-day of getting product out the door and material in the door — organizing daily shipping and receiving tasks, coordinating inbound production deliveries against outbound carrier pickups, and making sure every shipment clears Ministry of Transportation weight and size requirements before it leaves. I've simplified operating procedures across the floor to cut wasted time without cutting corners on safety, and I work daily in Microsoft Office and IFS to keep the numbers straight.

Safety is built in, not bolted on: I'm familiar with HSE, SMS, and MSDS documentation for handling hazardous and corrosive materials, and I'm licensed on Counterbalance Propane, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck, and Order Picker equipment — 15+ years on Yale and Raymond machines, moving loads over 5,000 lbs and up to 16 feet long.
